About The Position

Responsible for creating a fun an d welcoming guest experience while serving high-quality ice cream and beverages. This role supports daily operations through excellent customer service, product preparation, and maintaining a clean organized environment.

Requirements

• Texas ID required
• Be able to lift 50 lbs
• Be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash transactions
• Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other menu items to company standards
• Assist with hosting and supporting birthday parties and special events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, service areas, and workstation
• Restock inventory supplies, and ingredients as needed throughout shifts,
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all task are completed thoroughly
• Participate in routine inventory counts and stock management
• Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring all procedures are followed
