Responsible for repair, testing and/or servicing of desktop related hardware. The technician will test system hardware using diagnostic tools, troubleshoot equipment failures, and complete all required documentation for service calls and parts returns. Additionally, the role includes maintaining repair/spare parts inventory, participating in projects, providing after-hours on-call support, and keeping hardware certifications current. The position requires independent judgment in decision-making and involves interaction with patients, customers, and other healthcare professionals.
