This role involves providing support for onsite equipment at multiple locations, answering help desk calls, responding to user tickets, and ensuring a positive end-user IT experience. The position also includes participating in an on-call rotation, collaborating with internal and external technicians, assisting senior technicians with projects, and working with end-users to identify and deliver required PC service levels. The role also involves liaising with and training end-users on computer operations, responding to hardware-related issues, maintaining an inventory of computer equipment, deploying and troubleshooting VOIP phones, and working with vendors for various IT-related needs.
