About The Position

Provides end-to-end technical support and service to end users related to network infrastructure, internal desktop, productivity and collaboration tools, and business applications. Installs, configures, repairs and/or troubleshoots desktop systems and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. Participates in the development of Information Services and infrastructure projects. Assists with the conduct of training programs to end users on basic or specialized applications or systems. This role will begin September / October 2026. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the Conshohocken, PA office. Potential to be extended into 2027.

  • Follow SOP and assist in construction of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Efficiency in O365 applications.
  • General knowledge of Active Directory and ticketing systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Create PowerShell scripts a plus.
  • Create customizations via SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first level problem identification and resolution resource, including answering questions, providing advice, investigating, troubleshooting, and following-up to assist users in solving data processing problems.
  • Responds to Help Desk issues and documents resolution and any pertinent information.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention with IS staff to take appropriate action either by phone, remote, or on-site as necessary to address day-to-day problems for resolution.
  • Provides desktop hardware, software, phone system and conferencing support to all corporate users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot problems associated with systems including PC’s, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network interfaces, cabling, docking stations and peripheral components such as displays, keyboards, printers, USB and disk drives.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard software applications in support of corporate users including but not limited to Microsoft Office suites, browsers, remote access, readers, VPN clients, and viewers.
  • Maintains video conferencing equipment or phone systems and supported cabling.
  • Assists in the implementation of preventive maintenance plans for all equipment.
  • Maintains user accounts.
  • Maintains computer supplies for desktop support and updates inventory in coordination with IS Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Assists with daily support and maintenance of backup operations as needed.
  • Collaborates with other members and projects in different IS teams.
  • Assists in the on-going development of customer service standards.
  • Supports and responds to meet established service standards.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for IS department.
