About The Position

A TEKsystems client in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Desktop Support Technician resource to assist in the support of PC’s, Printer’s and RF devices used by Global Logistics associates. Support can consist of day-to-day trouble calls or user requests, supporting on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device maintenance / upkeep. The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in troubleshooting problems with some or all these types of devices, communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the organization, along with providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Office 365/Windows 11
Experience with Laser Jet Printers
Experience Supporting Zebra Label Printers
Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) Devices
Experience with Wireless Network Connectivity
Basic Networking skills
Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System
Must have a cell phone for receiving calls from Desktop lead or Manager regarding high priority tickets.
