CGI is seeking an Desktop Support Technician to support the lifecycle management of end user computing assets in a fast paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for computer staging, imaging, provisioning, inventory management, asset tracking, equipment refresh activities, and end user hardware support. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, maintain chain of custody for IT assets, support laptop deployments, and assist with equipment disposition processes while delivering excellent customer service. This position requires a hands on technical professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely support for Windows based devices and Microsoft 365 applications. The role is fully onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring employees receive properly configured and tracked technology assets.
