With the impending rollout of Windows 11 and the subsequent relocation of the Desktop Services team to the Tech Center building, there is an urgent need to hire a new IMT-Desktop Support Person. This position is essential to ensure the seamless transition, efficient inventory management, and continued high-quality deskside services for our corporate environment. Post rollout and transition, this individual will be permanently assigned to the Corporate Deskside Service team. Their responsibilities will include continued deskside support for corporate employees, ongoing maintenance and optimization of desktop systems, and collaborating with other IT teams to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.
