Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience with hardware repairs. A proven track record of high-quality customer service and problem resolution is required. Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience with hardware repairs.
  • Proven track record of high-quality customer service and problem resolution.
  • Two years’ experience with Help Desk or IT-related background
  • Knowledge of Windows 11 OS, Dell hardware service, and HP printer repair
  • Dell and HP hardware repair services.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS
  • Outstanding customer service, good communication skills, and ability to work within a team environment
