This role involves providing technical support for hardware and software issues, managing service requests, and performing installations and maintenance. The technician will answer help desk calls, update the ticketing system, diagnose and resolve incidents related to operating systems and various software, and handle installations and updates. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting telephone systems, performing network cabling, installing and maintaining security cameras, and providing backup support to other Technology Department positions. Continuing education and other assigned functions are also part of the role.
