Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive desktop support including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance
Resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues; escalate more advanced problems as needed
Support core services such as email, scheduling, backups, and network connectivity
Install and configure software for network access, backups, and server connectivity
Manage and maintain Active Directory users, groups, and organizational units (OUs)
Track and maintain inventory for hardware, software, and peripherals
Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs
Conduct proactive maintenance and on-site support visits
Document systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems
Train and support end-users on
