Requirements

• A professional, courteous, and well-spoken individual with a genuine passion for technology.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 Suite.
• A strong interest in learning about desktop operating systems, networking, and VoIP phones.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for laptops, phones, and related IT equipment, ensuring smooth operation for all team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for both on-site and remote employees.
• Image and deploy new laptops with Windows 11, ensuring users are set up for success.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and track software licenses.
• Set up new workstations, including configuring devices, setting permissions, and creating email accounts.
• Provide friendly phone and desktop support to both remote and onsite employees.
• Collaborate with the Desktop Support Team to ensure the continuous availability and reliability of critical systems.
