Position Summary The Desktop Support Intern works as part of the IT Desktop Support team to provide customer-focused technical support to F5 employees. You will help with the setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices, as well as printers, conferencing gear, WIFI, LAN and tools like Zoom. You will also learn how assets are managed and tracked using ServiceNow, and how Azure is used for managing user and computer accounts. This role is a great opportunity to build foundational IT skills, contribute to a positive customer experience, and learn in a supportive environment.
