Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Understanding of Windows OS and Patching
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
• Data-driven.
• Strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in the fast-paced e-commerce industry.
• We cannot offer employer sponsorship at this time; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Desktop support team and Service Desk team to develop requirements and an overall development plan for refreshing our knowledge base system.
• Engage in research to understand the needs of the end-users and how best to structure the knowledge base going forward.
• Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on progress and receive feedback.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the development plan aligns with technical capabilities and timelines.
• Will assist with new hire and replacement hardware builds
• Will assist with day to day tickets
