General Responsibilities: The IT Desktop Support position will provide on-site and over the phone desktop technical support for all SI-BONE employees in the U.S. and in an as needed basis for the EU. This position is typically focused on internal IT service delivery for employees but may have an external client focus if involved with company-hosted, web-enabled, or outsourced solutions delivery. Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual. IT Desktop Support must act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical, and lawful manner, consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct, other company policies and the AdvaMed Code of Conduct and/or any other applicable industry code(s) of conduct.
