About The Position

A non-profit organization is looking to fill the 10am opening on their Service Desk Team. They're looking for a mid-level resource to provide 100% virtual support for their customers. Day-to-day breakdown: 60% is answering calls and 40% is around daily tasks, service queues, project work, and documentation.
