About The Position
Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Desktop Support Specialist to the team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a 6+ month contract role with possible extensions based on performance. The position is onsite in Indianapolis, IN and requires a drug and background check. The pay rate is $21-25 w2 per hour depending on experience level.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT desktop services environment.
- Skilled in hardware repair, software installation, device imaging, and IMAC processes.
- Ability to use information systems, technology functions, and applications in alignment with IT industry standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt quickly and effectively within dynamic team environments.
- Capable of performing a wide range of technical tasks at customer sites to meet business and client needs.
- Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
Responsibilities
