This role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, operating, and maintaining a variety of infrastructure devices, end-user devices, and other equipment. The technician will provide front-line support to end-users, restoring service and identifying core problems. Responsibilities include performing installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance, as well as troubleshooting software and hardware failures within agreed-upon Service Level Agreement parameters. The position requires interaction with supervisors, peer groups, and customers to manage workflow professionally. Key tasks involve implementing fixes and patches, documenting, upgrading, and replacing hardware and software systems. The role requires 24/7 coverage with on-call duties, including nights and weekends, and regular travel to warehouse locations for setup and support needs. Other duties as assigned.
