About The Position

This position will provide technical expertise for ongoing deployment and support of agency devices and applications used by the Early Care and Education (ECE) program. This position will work for the Field Support Services Supervisor, and coordinate services with the Early Care and Education Systems Manager. Position may consult with and work with the agency infrastructure, server, and database teams, as well as the ECE Systems Team, and ECE Program Managers. This position will coordinate and consult with agency management, technical teams, and application teams to achieve stable and responsive systems and services with a goal of improved device and service availability and performance for Early Care and Education customers. The project is to provide short term technical support and assistance (approximately 1 year) for Early Care and Education Services, to include their applications and devices. The project will include coordination with the Field Support Services Manager and the Early Care and Education Systems Manager to plan and prioritize scheduling and staffing for deployment of the software client, implementation of the Code Pal project, ongoing support, and any special short term projects for the Early Care and Education.

  • HS Diploma plus 4 years related work experience OR Associate Degree plus 2 years related work experience OR Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year related work experience
