Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues. Perform advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11 operating system. Resolve application conflicts, authentication issues, profile corruption, and system performance problems. Provide executive-level support as needed. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions for recurring incidents. Manage full workstation lifecycle, including procurement, imaging, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning. Other projects or duties as assigned.
