In this role, you will be responsible for fleet management, and providing top-quality support for desktop environments across our organization. You will ensure that our end users have a seamless experience with their devices and applications, focusing on reliability, security, and performance.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Intune and security tools like Microsoft Defender.
  • Familiarity with IT service management methodologies and tools such as Freshservice.
  • Experience supporting collaboration tools including Box, Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Apple) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for desktop and mobile systems including Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android and various applications.
  • Manage and deploy Intune for device and application management.
  • Configure and maintain endpoint security policies using Microsoft Defender.
  • Support and troubleshoot productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Box, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Assist with the deployment and management of specialized software including AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
  • Manage service requests and incidents through Freshservice, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Perform software installations, updates, and patch management across desktop environments.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Train end users on best practices and new technologies.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records of desktop configurations and changes.
