About The Position

TEKsystems is looking for a Level 3 Desktop Engineer for one of our top clients in the Charlotte, NC area in a fast-paced environment. This role offers stability, growth, and updated technology. The client is looking for a Desktop Technician to support deployments of hardware, handle password resets, perform break/fix on hardware, upgrade software, set up workstations, and more. The role also involves supporting applications, interfacing with other teams, and performing network troubleshooting. Reimaging experience is a must. The technician will work with Windows computers, printers, and other hardware.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Desktop Support experience
• Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware
• Network troubleshooting experience
• Hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, handheld scanners
• Experience with Windows computers
• Experience with Printers
