Oneida ESC Group has an immediate opening for a Desktop Administrator. This position has a primary remote work structure. The primary candidate will be located close to our Milwaukee office. Occasional onsite travel may be required to Wisconsin locations, including Milwaukee (primary), Madison, and Green Bay, based on business needs. The Desktop Administrator is an administrative IT role with a defined growth path into a senior IT position. This role supports internal staff by managing day-to-day technology-related administrative functions, including asset management, access requests, and employee onboarding and offboarding. The Desktop Administrator works closely with the IT Assistant Manager and IT Manager to support operational efficiency and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
