About The Position

Stefanini Group is looking for a Deskside Technician II for a globally recognized company. This role involves providing hardware and software support services to onsite clients, including break/fix solutions. The technician will diagnose end-user system failures, implement repair solutions, and troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity. A key aspect of the role is explaining refresh processes to end-users and assisting with configuring and syncing refreshed computers. The position requires flexibility, the ability to remain calm under pressure, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes. Documentation, task tracking, and QA activities are also essential parts of the job.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows 10
  • Expertise with Windows 11
  • Demonstrated experience with non-standard Software Installation
  • Demonstrated experience loading computer images with SCCM and PowerShell scripts
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure PC is online during build process
  • Strong technical and communication ability
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of activities and changes
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm if activities do not go according to plan
  • High organizational ability and detailed oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to follow processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix
  • Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions
  • Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network
  • Explain to end-users about refresh processes, including ability to help configure and sync refreshed computer
  • Document work, track tasks/installs, and perform QA activities
