About The Position

PurposeBuilt Brands is seeking a highly motivated Designer to join HomeShine Studios, its internal creative agency supporting a portfolio of consumer and commercial brands. The Designer develops creative solutions that showcase product benefits across static and video content. The role creates digital and product-demo content, collaborates with marketing, maintains brand consistency, and manages multiple projects through delivery. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite work to create packaging mockups and review proofs, for a maximum of two onsite days per week.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in art direction or design.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• A creative portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including video content made with original captured footage.
• Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in consumer packaged goods or a related industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma and Sketch.
• Knowledge of digital best practices and trends.
• Creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital content, including e-commerce graphics, display ads, email, social posts, websites, and static and animated assets.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute product-demo content that highlights unique product benefit visualizations.
• Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail.
• Develop storyboards for video content and animated graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs that communicate brand messages and product features effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, including AI, to improve creative content.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining creativity and production quality.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.
• Attend and support live production shoots as required.
