Requirements

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Knowledge of silhouettes, fabrication, yarn, and stitch.
Strong taste level with keen eye for pattern and print.
Strong organizational, time management, communication, and note taking skills.
Bachelor degree (B.A) from a college or university, major in Design
3+ years of design experience, preferable in Men’s Sweaters and Cut & Sew Knitwear

Responsibilities

Supports Design Director for Men’s Cut & Sew Knitwear and Sweaters.
Conducts trend, fabric, and competitive research in-stores and online.
Helps organize design materials and prepares CAD work for presentations.
Assists in daily work flow such as color approvals and tech pack maintenance.
Organizes design & material information for pre-costing exercises.
May be trained to design jacquards in NEDGraphics or 3D renderings in Browzwear.
