M Booth has an immediate opportunity for a Mid-Level Designer to join our growing Creative team. A few things to know before applying: Team is everything. This Mid-Level Designer will collaborate with other designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to craft the design vision for various types of projects. Demonstrating a comprehensive background across diverse creative disciplines—including graphic design, layout architecture, illustration, typography, photo retouching, AI generation, and design systems—this profile reflects a well-rounded experience of visual communication. Central to this expertise is a strategic focus on designing for social media platforms, seamlessly translating ideas into digital content while maintaining adaptability across additional channels and mediums as required. They are highly motivated and are looking to grow alongside us. We’re looking for someone with a personality and experience that will be a great addition to what we currently have and who’s also inspired to grow along with us!

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience
• A portfolio showcasing different areas of graphic design, with an emphasis on technical skills, graphical visual communication and social media design
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator, familiarity with Premiere + After Effects)
• Expert with Figma
• Experienced with AI generation tools (image and video)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace Apps Suite
• Understanding of the creative and design process: from kick-off to completion
• Familiarity with design organizing best practices, such as file naming, file housekeeping, and folder structures
• Curiosity for social, design and cultural trends

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply design principles and fundamentals to create a variety of design assets
• Understand digital production, such as exporting digital files for social media platforms. Preparing different file sizes for different uses.
• Meet client needs by creating deliverables alongside a team of fellow creatives
• Ensure that clients’ messaging and brands are conveyed effectively, especially through the use of brand guides and design systems
• Be able to apply visual styles across different applications and platforms
• Experiment and explore with different design treatments and mediums
• Brainstorm and collaborate on conceptual solutions
• Manage time and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines
• Articulate design choices to fellow designers, account team members, and art directors
• Stay current on graphic design trends and guidelines
• Participate in the growth of the team
