The Designer, Social & Performance Marketing is responsible for creating high-performing creative across Medical Guardian’s paid and organic social channels. This role develops platform-native content that supports customer acquisition, while also driving engagement, education, and brand loyalty through organic social media. You’ll design across the full marketing funnel—from awareness through conversion—adapting messaging and creative approach based on audience, platform, and objective. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Design & Digital Production and partners closely with members of the growth and brand teams to support testing, iteration, and measurable impact.
