What’s the role? We are looking for an analytical Performance Marketing Analyst to join Etsy’s Demand Generation team! In this entry-level role, you'll support the execution and optimization of low-funnel paid social and display campaigns, ensuring we show the right inventory to the right shoppers at the right time. You’ll learn how to navigate product feeds, paid media platforms, and performance data to support campaign builds, QA, reporting, and ongoing optimization. This is a full-time position reporting to the Performance Media Manager, Paid Social & Display on the Performance Marketing team. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. We fuel Etsy's growth via audience-centric storytelling and media placements. We collaborate closely with partner teams such as Analytics, Product, and Engineering in order to automate and optimize global offsite experiences and programs at scale. As a team, we value data-driven decision making, experimentation, operational excellence, and cross-functional partnership. What does the day-to-day look like? In this role, you'll support the day-to-day management of the paid social and display platforms that power Etsy's low-funnel advertising. You will partner with senior channel owners to learn the ropes of large-scale campaign management, marketing technology, and attribution frameworks while ensuring our daily operations run at peak efficiency.
