About The Position

Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a highly analytical, digitally-led marketing professional to join our entrepreneurial Growth Marketing team as a Senior Analyst, Growth Marketing – Paid Social. In this role, you will be a critical driver of our enterprise mission to connect world-class brands with next-generation shoppers who love style and affordability. You will lead initiatives to drive top-line growth through New Member acquisition, specifically focusing on the strategy and execution of our Paid Search channel. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to partner with Technology, Product, Creative, and Merchandising teams to deliver measurable results. You will gain deep exposure to the intersection of Ad Tech and retail while solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing
  • 2–4+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail (Marketing or Planning), strategy consulting, or a high-growth analytical environment.
  • Feed Management: Experience with product feed tools
  • Analytical Tools: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a major plus.
  • Emerging Tech: A genuine interest in AdTech, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and the evolving AI search landscape.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to drive action in a dynamic organization

Responsibilities

  • Design robust A/B and incrementality tests with clear hypotheses, building repeatable frameworks from the results to optimize channel performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive creative testing roadmap, actively briefing new concepts, diagnosing ad fatigue, and identifying strategic pivots to sustain high creative velocity.
  • Connect disparate data points across creative, audience, and market dynamics to generate substantive insights that fuel our long-term growth roadmap.
  • Act as the primary point person for external platform partners, facilitating troubleshooting and staying ahead of emerging channel innovation opportunities.
  • Own Meta paid acquisition performance end-to-end, maintaining strict accountability to core cost, LTV, and ROI business targets.
  • Drive daily campaign management, tactical budget allocation, and platform troubleshooting with an entrepreneurial bias toward action.
  • Proactively anticipate and communicate project risks, strategic opportunities, and shifting channel priorities directly to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets from Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel to surface hidden patterns across audiences, product performance, and buyer value trends.
  • Serve as the Meta Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading campaign setup, bid optimization, and attribution frameworks.
  • Manage technical integrations cross-functionally, including tracking pixels, Conversions API, and product feed delivery to ensure optimal platform capabilities.
  • Translate complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for non-technical cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Merchandising teams to streamline internal production workflows and execute new strategic objectives.
  • Influence optimization roadmap decisions by delivering data-backed recommendations tightly tied to overarching business strategy.
