About The Position
Perkins&Will Los Angeles is seeking a Designer II with 3–5+ years of experience. Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related discipline.
- Preparing for the ARE with active involvement in AXP.
- BIM proficiency and intermediate proficiency in Revit.
- Familiarity with Rhino/Grasshopper.
- Familiarity with building codes, life-safety requirements, and construction documents.
- LEED Green Associate (GA) certification within six months of hire.
- One Living Design accreditation: LEED AP Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI.
