About The Position

As a Designer, Campaign, you are fluent in translating creative concepts into high‑quality, production ready assets across channels. You bring a strong design eye, technical rigor, and a deep respect for brand systems and standards. This is a hands on and execution focused role. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, account teams, and production partners to implement campaign creative across print, digital, and OOH. You understand that trust and credibility are built in the details and that great campaigns are defined as much by how they show up as by the ideas behind them. Studio culture matters to us. You are a proactive, dependable team player,organized, collaborative, and open to feedback. You take pride in your craft, are motivated to grow, and contribute positively to our studio environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in artwork, production design, or creative implementation
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong brand visual system and campaign execution across multiple formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and AI tools like Midjourney, Google Gemini and InVision
  • Working knowledge of print and OOH production, including mechanicals and file setup
  • Solid understanding of CMYK and RGB color modes, resolution standards, bleeds, and trims
  • Strong foundation in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and color
  • Experience adapting creative across print, digital, and large format‑ environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear, collaborative communication style and comfort working cross ‑functionally
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and feedback effectively within a team workflow
  • Understanding of print processes and creative production standards

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to do light animation and video editing a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to understand campaign objectives and executional requirements
  • Implement and adapt brand and campaign creative across print, digital, PowerPoint and OOH touchpoints
  • Translate approved designs into accurate, production ready‑ artwork and mechanicals
  • Prepare files for print and large format‑ production, ensuring specs, standards, and brand guidelines are met
  • Adapt creative across multiple sizes, formats, and placements while maintaining visual integrity
  • Support campaign rollouts through versioning, resizing, and localization of assets
  • Perform light image retouching and file optimization for print and digital outputs
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast paced, campaign driven environment
  • Collaborate with production partners and vendors as needed to support delivery
  • Stay current on implementation best practices, tools, and production requirements
  • Contribute to a collaborative studio culture that values creativity, accountability, and growth
