Assured Allies is seeking a hands-on Brand & Marketing Designer to define and own how Assured Allies and its NeverStop member program appear across marketing and communications. The designer will extend NeverStop’s evolving brand across its marketing website, campaigns, sales materials, email, social media, and other member-facing communications, while helping shape how the corporate Assured Allies brand relates to NeverStop. The role serves both adults in their 60s and 70s who engage with NeverStop and the carrier executives, partners, and investors who work with Assured Allies. The designer will create and maintain marketing websites and digital properties, primarily in Framer, and develop templates, guidelines, and standards that help teams produce high-quality, on-brand work independently. The role works closely with Marketing, Corporate Development, product design, senior leaders, and other stakeholders. A thoughtful approach to designing for older adults—including legibility, clarity, accessibility, and warmth without relying on clichés or condescension—is important. The position may begin as a contract or part-time engagement, with a path to full-time based on mutual fit and business needs. It is intended as a long-term design partnership with meaningful ownership of the design function. The role is remote within the U.S.; candidates in the Boston, Massachusetts area are preferred, and candidates elsewhere on the East Coast will be considered.
