Requirements

Must have previous experience as a police officer, military police officer, or extensive security officer background.
Armed or ability to become armed.
Must have a valid driver's license and CLEAN background and driving record
Excellent critical thinking skills.
Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate responses.
Must be able to work with speed.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Five years of related security experience (required).
Active Security License.

Nice To Haves

bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Trains security staff.
Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff.
Must be available for on-call situations 24/7
Write and submit security reports.
Provide security and wear the SSNW uniform, will respond to sites as needed. (Could be multiple shifts daily.
Maintain law and order in the area of jurisdiction.
Monitor staff by patrolling with them.
Protect people and property.
Look out for suspicious people, vandalism, or hazards.
Conducts patrols.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
