About The Position

Facilitates the dissemination of the OMA Arts Integration Program in schools through TUSD and collaboratively designs, supports and participates in all levels of OMA professional development. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year and includes higher pay due to community-approved override funding through June 2031. The role is classified as Supervisory/Professional, with a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) of 0.5 (4 hours per day) on a 9.5-month work calendar. Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits. Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar. Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a specified art form, such as Dance
• One (1) year of instructional or teaching experience, or working/training in a studio or conservatory OR Five years of instructional or teaching experience, or working or training in a studio or conservatory
• Verbal & written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
• FBI fingerprint background check
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
• Valid Driver's license (Arizona Driver’s License required within 30 days of hire)
• MVReport – showing no more than the allowable points against Driver’s License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees
• Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of insurance compliance greater than or equal to the state required minimum for car insurance as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees
