Requirements
- Arizona Secondary Certificate with Dance Approved Area OR Dance K-12 Endorsement OR Arizona Elementary Certificate with Dance Endorsement K-12 OR Arizona Arts Education - Dance PreK-12 Certificate OR Arizona Subject Matter Expert Certificate 6-12 with Dance Approved Area
- Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
