The Design Software Support Agent within the Design Center of Excellence (DCOE) plays a role in advancing design technology, standardization, and operational excellence across the organization. This position is responsible for assisting with the stable operation of AEC design software within the organization. This includes assisting with the installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of designated AEC design software platforms (such as Autodesk and Bentley) across the enterprise. The agent will also analyze and resolve user design software issues in a timely and accurate fashion. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. Compensation for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hourly, commensurate with experience, education and certifications.
