The Design Software Support Agent works within the Design Center of Excellence (DCOE) to advance design technology, standardization, and operational excellence across the organization. The position helps ensure stable operation of enterprise AEC design software, including platforms such as Autodesk and Bentley. Responsibilities include assisting with installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of designated software platforms, as well as analyzing and resolving user issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Immigration sponsorship or support, including H1B and F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, is unavailable, except for qualified candidates eligible for TN visa classification. Compensation is $55,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience, education, and certifications; the actual salary range may vary based on the selected candidate’s experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and associated plans for design software administration.
• Assist with migrating projects to newer versions of design applications as needed.
• Set up and configure design software, start it, suggest appropriate hardware, and address related requirements.
• Provide users with technical support and troubleshooting within design applications.
• Assist with enforcing design standards and best practices related to layering, dimensioning, text annotations, BIM/CIM, and adherence to client standards.
• Assist with preparing training sessions and teaching materials to advance knowledge throughout the organization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
