About The Position
Design Sales Apprentice – Nashville Area Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday | Pay starts at $20.00/hr Sims-Lohman, a family-owned cabinets distributor and countertop fabricator, is seeking a Design Sales Apprentice for our Nashville-area showroom. This role supports our Design Team while greeting customers and assisting with day‑to‑day showroom activity.
Requirements
- Experience with 2020 Design (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking
- Enjoys interior design and working in a fast-paced office
- Must be available on-site, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct showroom customers
- Support designers with layouts and revisions using 2020 Design
- Assist with product selections, order entry, and documentation
- Help maintain showroom displays and samples
- Learn project workflow, quoting, and design processes
