About The Position

The Design Quality Control Manager controls and organizes design quality work at the project level, ensuring the Design Quality Management Plan (DQMP) is implemented and that submittals are complete, reviewed, certified, and delivered in line with the approved project schedule. The role coordinates design quality activities with the Design and Construction (D&C) Contractor, design and quality assurance firms, the Developer, and the Department of Transportation (DOT), complementing contractual design quality roles. The position leads the development, implementation, maintenance, and updating of the DQMP, and provides quality-related input to other project management plans and procedures. The role works across design disciplines and project teams and may support other reasonable management requests. The position offers exposure to multiple design disciplines and design-build delivery, with the possibility of an internal transfer to the D&C design team depending on performance and business needs.
