Requirements
- Leadership/management experience in commercial janitorial services
- Custodial or janitorial experience
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability
- Takes ownership of work and follows through
- Organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to help others and lead by example
- Good driving record, own vehicle for driving to and from locations
- Personal cell phone required for timekeeping
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings to ensure cleaning is completed properly
- Be accountable for quality, follow up, and reporting issues
- Help cover cleaning duties when staff are absent
- Travel between multiple locations as needed
- Support and guide custodial staff
- Manage, distribute, and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to other locations
- Track inventory and ensure all sites are properly stocked
- Perform regular cleaning and floor care tasks as required
- Drive between locations to deliver supplies and perform every day tasks
