About The Position

The Design Quality Control Manager controls and organizes design quality work at the project level. The role ensures the Design Quality Management Plan (DQMP) is implemented and that design submittals are complete, checked, and certified before issuance and delivered in line with the approved project schedule. The manager coordinates design quality with the D&C Contractor, design and quality assurance firms, the Developer, and the DOT, complementing contractual design quality roles. The position leads development and maintenance of the DQMP, monitors design reviews and submittals, tracks stakeholder comments through closure, and coordinates document revisions and design changes. It also supports design nonconformance and audit close-out, maintains quality records, and prepares regular quality reporting. The role provides broad exposure to design disciplines and design-build delivery, with a potential internal transfer to the D&C design team subject to performance and business needs.
