About The Position

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience or licensure as an Architect.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and architectural rendering software.
- Ability to develop projects from concept through construction documents.
- Experience with specifications and documentation standards.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and present creative architectural concepts.
- Translate conceptual designs into complete, coordinated construction documents.
- Use Revit and rendering software to communicate design intent.
- Participate in all project phases, from conception through completion.
- Prepare and coordinate project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project teams.
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
