About The Position

Modifies or creates implementation documents, applying standard architectural techniques and procedures and according to written and verbal specifications with general supervision. Collaborates on design and technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project. Assists in preparing client presentations and presents project design intent. Performs product research; assists project designers with material selection and system research. May support research of code and zoning requirements. May attend on-site visits, field reviews and client and/or project meetings and documents these visits as appropriate. Assists in preparing schedules and reviewing implementation documents and samples as needed. Communicates with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to incorporate information into design, project requirements and documents as needed. Provides guidance and direction to entry-level staff as appropriate. Participates in team meetings to discuss project issues, design and technical issues and coordination with other disciplines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Architecture, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as an Architectural Staff/Intern, Design Professional, or in a related/similar position.
  • 2 years with Design programming language including Grasshopper, Ladybug, Kangaroo, and Lunch Box
  • 2 years with Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe InDesign, AI tools including Stable diffusion, Lora, Controlnet, and Dreambooth
  • 2 years with Site design, program layout, code analysis, and coordination and documentation with other outside design consultants
  • 2 years with Master planning related research, data intake and data analysis, and Zoning code analysis
  • 2 years with MS Office Suite
  • Completion of a university-level course, research project, thesis, internship or one year of work experience involving the following: 3D design software, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, V-Ray, and Lumion.
