About The Position

Vesta Home is transforming the home marketing and furniture sales industry. We specialize in interior design, luxury staging, furniture rentals, and custom furniture production, all enhanced by proprietary technology and logistics. Our team creates stunning interiors for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, collaborating with top realtors, developers, and design professionals. The Design Operations/Project Coordinator will serve as the operational core for Iconic Modern’s Interior Design business, with additional support for staging design. This role is central to client relations, finance, warehouse operations, and sales, ensuring seamless coordination of procurement, scheduling, and invoicing, while maintaining financial accuracy. The position involves developing processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the Iconic Modern interior design business.

Requirements

3+ years in Design Ops, project management, office administration, or similar roles.
Ability to work out of the Bridgeport, CT Office/Warehouse.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary client contact for invoicing, product procurement, and scheduling.
Assist the design team in maintaining up-to-date records in Studio Designer, Brex, and Tipalti.
Act as the main cross-functional liaison between finance, warehouse operations, and sales to ensure projects are executed accurately, on time, and with correct financial information.
Support the design team with product procurement, including sourcing alternative suppliers, suggesting products aligned with design vision, and coordinating vendor deliveries/pickups.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to manage designer workload and provide support.
Assist the design team with client deliverables.
Provide support for design team project installs as needed.
Establish and document processes to improve the overall efficiency and organization of the Iconic Modern design team.
