About The Position

Vesta Home is transforming the home marketing and furniture sales industry through exceptional client experiences in interior design, luxury staging, furniture rentals, and custom furniture production, all supported by proprietary technology and logistics. Our team creates stunning interiors for various projects, collaborating with top professionals to deliver inspiring spaces. The Design Operations/Project Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone for the Iconic Modern Interior Design business, with additional support for staging design. This role is central to client relationships, finance, warehouse operations, and sales, ensuring seamless coordination of procurement, scheduling, and invoicing, while maintaining financial accuracy. The coordinator will be instrumental in developing and implementing processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the Iconic Modern interior design business.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Design Operations, Project Management, Office Administration, or similar roles.
Ability to work in the Bridgeport, CT Office/Warehouse.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary client contact for invoicing, product procurement, and scheduling.
Assist the design team in maintaining up-to-date records in Studio Designer, Brex, and Tipalti.
Act as the main cross-functional liaison between finance, warehouse operations, and sales to ensure accurate, on-time project execution.
Support the design team with product procurement, including sourcing alternative suppliers, suggesting pieces aligned with design vision, and coordinating vendor deliveries/pickups.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to manage designer workload and act as a support resource.
Provide support to the design team for client deliverables.
Assist the design team with project installations as needed.
Establish and document processes to improve the overall efficiency and organization of the Iconic Modern design team.
