About The Position

Fluidstack is hiring a Design Manager for its Data Center Design Team, which works on large-scale data center development, next-generation liquid cooling and electrical distribution, modular data centers, and multi-gigawatt campus planning. The role owns end-to-end project management for concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs, from initiation through construction-ready handoff. The Design Manager builds and maintains integrated master schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines. The role establishes program governance—including milestone gates, design review cadences, change control, and decision logs—and develops templates, playbooks, and systems that support engineers while maintaining accountability. The position also identifies risks, interdependencies, and blockers early and drives them to resolution.
