About The Position

Hudson’s Furniture is seeking a motivated, creative, and relationship-driven Design Manager to join their team. This role blends interior design, sales, and customer service to assist clients in creating spaces they love. Prior interior design experience is not required; the company seeks individuals with strong people skills, creativity, confidence, and a drive for success. The company provides training and support for those with backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, healthcare, design, or other people-focused industries. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for design, and is motivated by the opportunity for self-made success.

Responsibilities

Consistently work toward and achieve monthly sales goals
Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every client
Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Guide clients through furniture and design selections
Create personalized spaces using Hudson’s extensive furniture and décor collections
Conduct in-home visits when appropriate to better understand a client’s space and design needs
Follow up with clients throughout the sales and design process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fellow team members
Stay knowledgeable about current products, trends, and design concepts
Provide an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through the completion of the project
