About The Position

As the Design Experience Coordinator, you will lead our design consultation program, helping customers bring their outdoor spaces to life through personalized recommendations and visualizations. You’ll partner with customers and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and design teams to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer experience. This role blends creativity, customer engagement, and innovation to drive brand growth and deliver exceptional design experiences. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide additional details during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail or interior design experience
  • 2+ years using Adobe Creative Suite
  • 2+ years using CAD software (Rhino 3D preferred)
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
