About The Position

The Design Engineer - Land Development will be responsible for preparing grading and public improvement plans from conceptual design to final documents. This role supports residential, multi-family/mixed-use, and corporate campus development. The position also involves the preparation and processing of technical studies and site plans to obtain entitlements for land development projects.

Requirements

• BSCE degree or equivalent work experience of 8 years.
• Four (4) years of experience in land development.
• Ability to prepare grading and public improvement plans from conceptual design to final documents.
• Experience with preparation and processing of technical studies and site plans to obtain entitlements for land development projects.
• Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures, preferably in the San Diego area.
• AutoCAD or MicroStation/CADD experience.
