About The Position
The Design Engineer Internship – Ryan University is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide students with a real start in the fire protection industry. The program takes place at our Noblesville, IN Headquarters and offers hands-on training in fire sprinkler design, exposure to project management, fabrication, and field operations. It provides real-world experience that prepares interns for future roles in Design, Project Management, or Sales Engineering. This internship is positioned as the first step toward building a career in a fast-growing, specialized part of the construction industry.
Requirements
- Current incoming Juniors and incoming Seniors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related major preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable
- Eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- AutoCAD experience a plus
